Welcome to MVP Academy! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MVP Academy website and coaching platform. By using MVP Academy, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.
- User Responsibilities:
- You must be at least 18 years old to use MVP Academy. If you are under 18, you may use the platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and while using MVP Academy. You will not impersonate or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any entity.
- You will not use MVP Academy for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms.
- Platform Usage:
- MVP Academy provides a platform for connecting coaches and learners. We do not endorse, control, or guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of the coaching services offered by coaches.
- You are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting coaches based on your needs, preferences, and satisfaction.
- Any communications, agreements, or transactions between users on MVP Academy are solely between the involved parties. MVP Academy is not responsible for any disputes, claims, or liabilities arising from such interactions.
- Intellectual Property:
- The content, design, and features of MVP Academy are protected by intellectual property rights owned by MVP Academy or its licensors. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the platform without our prior written permission.
- Coaches retain ownership of their coaching materials, including text, images, videos, and other content. By using MVP Academy, coaches grant MVP Academy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute their coaching materials for promotional and operational purposes.
- Payment and Refunds:
- MVP Academy facilitates payment transactions between coaches and learners. Coaches set their own rates, and learners agree to pay the specified fees for coaching services.
- Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. MVP Academy does not store or have access to your payment information.
- Refunds for coaching services are subject to the refund policy established by each individual coach. Please refer to the coach’s refund policy or contact them directly for any refund-related inquiries.
- Privacy:
- Your privacy is important to us. We collect, use, and protect your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using MVP Academy, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Limitation of Liability:
- MVP Academy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform or coaching services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- MVP Academy does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform or coaching services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the platform or any part of it at any time without notice.
- Modification of Terms:
- MVP Academy reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore.
